One man. One dream. Pierluigi Tolaini realized it with the TOLAINI estate. Founded in 1998 by this Canadian of Italian descent, this winery boasts over fifty hectares planted at high density, up to 11,000 vines per hectare. The invaluable assets in this endeavor are the stony soils and the unique microclimate of Chianti, characterized by cool winters and sunny summers. In the cellar, the selection process continues; each plot is vinified separately, and the final blends are crafted by Michel Rolland.
