Based in Santo Stefano di Valdobbiadene, in the heart of the prestigious hills of the Veneto region, the Silvano Follador estate is a small, family-run property managed by siblings Silvano and Alberta Follador, who have taken up the winemaking legacy of their grandfather. Driven by a profound commitment to respecting their terroir, they decided as early as 2005 to adopt viticultural practices inspired by organic and biodynamic farming—an artisanal, low-intervention approach.

Working exclusively with their own grapes—primarily the Glera variety—the Folladors craft wines distinguished by their purity, finesse, and mineral expression. Spontaneous fermentations, minimal cellar intervention, and low dosage allow the true character of the Valdobbiadene hills to shine through.
In contrast to conventional Prosecco, their wines prioritize freshness, precision, and elegance, offering delicate bubbles and remarkable depth. It is a unique and authentic vision of Prosecco, in which respect for nature and the identity of the terroir lie at the heart of every bottle.
