"PAOLO SCAVINO is my family's winery. Located in Piedmont in the Barolo region, my great-grandfather, Lorenzo Scavino, along with my grandfather, Paolo Scavino, and the rest of my ancestors, moved to the village of Castiglione Falletto in 1921. The farm was my family's tradition and passion : harvesting and cultivating quality food and wine. These values have always remained with us and have never wavered! My father, Enrico Scavino, is the third generation of winemakers; he began working full-time in the vineyard at the age of ten. Throughout his sixty years of experience, he has always focused on Nebbiolo wines to showcase the unique character of each terroir. Our work is inspired by the love and respect we have for our land and our pursuit of quality.
