Perched on the hills of Fumane, the LE SALETTE winery takes its name from the sanctuary erected in 1860 in gratitude to the Virgin Mary for freeing the local vineyards from the scourge of phylloxera. For over a century, the SCAMPERLE family has perpetuated this winemaking tradition with passion and respect for the terroir. Today, FRANCO SCAMPERLE, assisted by his children Cesare and Giulia, carefully manages the estate on approximately 20 hectares of classified vineyards in the heart of the Valpolicella Classico appellation, cultivating emblematic grape varieties such as Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, and Oseleta. Their commitment to quality and nature is reflected in elegant and authentic wines, a true expression of their terroir.
