Cantine Valenti is a family-run winery located in Passopisciaro, on the northeastern slopes of Mount Etna in Sicily. Founded in 2004 by Giovanni and Alessandro Valenti, the vineyard spans several hectares of volcanic soil at an altitude of approximately 800 meters, offering a unique terroir.
In 2009, the family transformed a former distillery into a modern winery, blending heritage and innovation, while gradually developing their plots with local grape varieties such as Nerello Mascalese. The estate produces authentic wines, including Puritani, an Etna Rosso DOC inspired by Vincenzo Bellini's opera, which fully expresses the volcanic identity and Sicilian winemaking expertise.
