Founded in 1902, CA’ LA BIONDA is a family-owned estate located in Marano di Valpolicella, in the heart of the historic Valpolicella Classico zone. Today, the fourth generation—represented by brothers Alessandro and Nicola Castellani—carries on the family legacy with a deep commitment to *terroir*: Alessandro oversees winemaking, while Nicola manages viticulture. Across 29 hectares of hillside vineyards, farmed organically since 2016, the family works exclusively with the region’s indigenous grape varieties, notably Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, and Molinara.

The Ca’ La Bionda style prioritizes freshness, elegance, finesse, and depth over power or over-ripeness. The wines are crafted using traditional methods, aiming above all to express the unique character of the soils and hillsides of Marano. The portfolio includes Valpolicella Classico, Valpolicella Superiore Casalvegri, and Ripasso Malavoglia, as well as two Amarone wines—including the prestigious Ravazzòl.
